Since this is one-day service, applicants are requested to apply with duly completed application forms in order to avoid delay. Visa fee of NOK 300 is levied on each application and it could be made in cash at the counter OR to the Embassy Bank account No. 7058.05.77189 DnB NOR Bank. Please make sure to attach a copy of the deposit slip along with the application form. Application form for visit visa can be obtained from the Consular Division of the Embassy OR by sending a self addressed stamped envelop with a request or it may be downloaded from the Embassy website www.srilanka.no All the application forms are issued free of charge. Requirements to be completed     1. Duly filled Application for a Visit Visa- IM 32 B Form.     2. Passport. Please note that the validity of the passport should be at least 6 months         before its expiry.     3. Recently taken, passport size two color photographs.     4.
