INCLUSION
OF NAMES AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF MINORS TO THE PASSPORT

- Names and
photographs of minors who have not issued with separate passports can
be included either in Mother's or Father's passport.
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Such requests should be made with following documents.
|
|
- Dully filled IM35-C form with two photographs which
should be pasted on relevant cages. One photograph should be attested
by a Justice of Peace, Attorney-at-Law, Solicitor General or
Practitioner.
